Is registration really free?▼
Yes, completely free. You only pay when a parcel is forwarded to you. There are no monthly fees or subscription charges unless you choose a mailbox plan.
Can I order from countries outside the EU?▼
If you want a parcel sent from outside the EU, all customs fees must be paid in advance. We do not offer customs clearance services.
Parcel parameters
What are the maximum dimensions and weight?▼
Maximum weight is 30 kg. Maximum length is 200 cm. Maximum girth (2×width + 2×height + length) is 300 cm.
What items are prohibited?▼
We cannot forward: alcohol, tobacco, narcotics, weapons, ammunition, explosives, animal-derived substances (organs etc.), money, securities, or high-value artworks.
Up to what value are parcels insured?▼
Parcels are insured up to a value of €1,200, included in the price at no extra charge.

How long does delivery take?▼
Typically 3–6 business days from Spain to most EU countries. Nearby countries like France or Portugal may be faster; more distant destinations may take slightly longer.
Can I combine multiple parcels?▼
Yes! You can hold multiple parcels at our Spanish warehouse and ship them together in one box — saving significantly on shipping costs. Combining two parcels costs €3, and €1 for each additional one.
What should I do if my parcel is damaged?▼
Send photos of the packaging and contents to info@boxroute.eu no later than 3 days after delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Moving to Spain
Can I use the address for my NIE application?▼
Yes. The Resident and Business mailbox plans provide a verified Spanish address accepted for NIE applications, notary procedures, and property registration.
Can I receive official letters and government mail?▼
Yes. With a mailbox plan, all mail arriving at your Spanish address is photographed and you are notified by email. You can then request scanning, storage, or forwarding.
